The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Assistant to join our head office in Corbridge. The role sits within our marketing team and is focused on the accuracy and organisation behind everything we do, keeping property information, records and reporting in good order across every channel.


Day to day, you’ll be uploading properties to Finest and the major portals, maintaining detailed spreadsheets and databases, logging enquiries, tracking social media activity, and managing PR submissions through to publication. You’ll also be pulling regular reports together and looking at the numbers to spot patterns the team can act on.


It’s a role that suits someone methodical, who takes pride in getting the detail right and genuinely enjoys working with data and spreadsheets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across Finest and the major portals, making sure every detail is accurate and up to date
  • Keeping detailed spreadsheets and databases that record property information, enquiries, social media activity and marketing output
  • Managing PR requests and submissions, and tracking them through to publication
  • Monitoring property performance across platforms and pulling together regular reports for the team
  • Analysing the data to spot patterns and improvements that can shape marketing decisions
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with the smooth running of campaigns and new instructions
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and external partners to keep information flowing accurately between everyone


What we are looking for
:

Essential

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a real interest in accurate record keeping
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets and databases, and able to turn information into useful insight
  • Strong admin skills, accurate and consistent across everything you do
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems, including content management systems and property portals
  • Comfortable updating website and listing content accurately
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading, with a careful eye for detail in written content
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track of the detail


Desirable:

  • Experience or interest in lifestyle, interiors, design, travel, food or premium brands
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic social reporting
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring across digital platforms
  • Familiarity with content reporting tools

Sales Negotiator

The role

We are seeking an experienced, confident Sales Negotiator to join our Corbridge team. You will be the day to day point of contact for buyers and sellers, managing enquiries, viewings and negotiations with professionalism, pace, and care.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the detail, understands what great service looks like, and knows how to keep a transaction moving.


Key responsibilities

  • Handling buyer and seller enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Registering applicants, qualifying requirements, and maintaining accurate buyer matching
  • Booking, conducting, and following up viewings, ensuring timely feedback is provided
  • Negotiating offers and advising clients throughout the negotiation process
  • Supporting sales progression from offer agreed through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, including notes, tasks, offers, and compliance information
  • Maintaining clear communication with vendors, including regular updates and next step guidance
  • Working closely with the wider team to support new instructions, launches, and ongoing property marketing
  • Assisting with valuation booking support, database management, and proactive follow up activity


What we are looking for

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Confident negotiation skills and a clear understanding of the sales process
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional and warm manner
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach, comfortable working to targets and managing a busy pipeline
  • Full UK driving licence


Desirable:

  • Experience working within mid to upper market property
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and sales progression processes
