The market leader in premium homes across city, country and coast since 2003

Twenty three years is a long time to get good at something. Since 2003, Corum has spent them selling premium homes across the west of Scotland, learning a market most agents only ever scratch. The result is a pedigree few can claim, and fewer still can match.

That work plays out across three very different worlds. The city and its finest suburbs, the country beyond, and the Ayrshire coast. Each has its own character, its own buyers and its own quiet rules. Corum is the rare agent that reads all three fluently.

CITY

The city is often where it begins. A West End townhouse with its cornicing intact, a red sandstone flat on the Southside, a family home in Bearsden, Newton Mearns or Clarkston with the right school at the end of the road. In Greater Glasgow a single street can move a price, and reputation travels fast. Knowing which is which is the whole job.

COUNTRY

Drive a little further and the pace changes. Around Stirlingshire, the leafy edges of Renfrewshire and Ayrshire the houses grow larger and the gardens longer, period homes and country retreats still within easy reach of the city. People buy here for space, for privacy, for the view from the kitchen window. The skill is selling to those who understand exactly what that is worth.

COASTAL

Then there is the coast. Ayrshire and Argyle & Bute, where the light comes off the Firth of Clyde and the championship links are a short drive away. Homes here sell on a feeling as much as a floor plan, and the buyers often come from well beyond Ayrshire. Reaching them is the part most agents get wrong. Corum does not.

ONE NETWORK

What holds the three together is a single network. Nine offices, one database built over two decades, so the buyer who registers on the coast might be the same buyer who falls for a townhouse in the city. The right people meet the right homes, wherever those homes happen to be.

Behind all of it sits a team of partners and directors who have spent their careers at the top end of this market. Their work turns up regularly in The Herald, The Scotsman, The Times, the Financial Times and Homes & Interiors Scotland, and every week in The Corum Times, a quieter read on property and place that has little to do with listings and everything to do with how people actually move.

City, country or coast, Corum remains the name people trust with the finest homes the west of Scotland has to offer.
