About Us

Roderick Thomas was founded on a simple idea: tell the truth, work hard, and don’t stop until the job is done. With over 50 years in the profession, we’ve earned a reputation for delivering results where others fall short. We’re not here to flatter or overpromise—we’re here to advise, to act, and to make sure your sale or purchase runs exactly as it should.

We understand the local market from many years of experience and we apply that knowledge to every valuation, negotiation, and completion. We deal with properties of various types and prices and we bring the same quality of expertise and attention to all. We believe in doing things properly. This isn’t just about listings—it’s about getting the best outcome for every client, every time.

Relentless

Our job doesn’t stop once an offer is made. We chase every lead, follow up persistently, and push sales through to completion. We don’t sit back—we make things happen and we are relentless while doing this.

Honest

We don’t overpromise or inflate prices to win business. We give straight talking, expert advice to ensure clients make the right decisions and achieve real results. We will be up front about everything even if it is something that our clients might not want to hear, as we believe being transparent is much better than finding out about an issue down the line. Honesty builds trust, and trust leads to success.

Expertise

With over 50 years of experience, we understand our market better than anyone. We don’t just sell homes—we advise, strategise, and problem-solve to get the best outcomes for our clients.
